Changelog:
9/18/15- slight adjustments to effect text of Song of Visit and Song of Deflection, changed "insubstantial" to "insub" in a few more instances, other minor details
9/12/15- corrected and changed druid example sheet, uploaded .pdf form
8/16/15- corrected Heat Weapon incantation
8/15/15- uploaded final draft

Here, I will maintain printable spell sheets that fulfill the following goals:
contain relevant info- Levels, points per purchase, maximum purchases (natural maximums, not the maximums with modifiers like Summoner or Warlock), frequencies per purchase, school, type, range(s), incantations, and summaries of effects /with official errata/ are listed. At the bottom, one lists points spent per level.
maintain multiple spell sheets per caster- Each sheet has a primary and secondary list, then, after the points spent area, there is a field for tertiary concerns. This can be simple modifications to current lists under given circumstances, entire new lists, what-have-you.
note space- It's impossible for any list except the bard's to fulfill the other goals on less than three sheets, so, with duplex printing, other casters have the backside of their second pages and the lower half (give or take) of the second to write in character-specific info, tally marks for abilities with many purchases, and other notes. I threw in a list of spells with different targeting/effecting specifications than the norm. I recommend printing that onto the back page of the wizard and probably healer sheets.
How to use:
Two examples are at the bottom.
Writing your lists out in the document, then printing them is handy, but remember to always share this page with the unedited sheets and instructions when sharing with other Amtgarders! Penciling in your selections is recommended for those that have wildly different spell sheets in many different situations.
In the primary and secondary list areas, denote your desired purchases in the same way that the limitations field does, simply omitting the maximum field. When you modify purchases with pseudo-traits like Summoner or Ranger, simply change the relevant frequencies. When you modify with Experienced, denote the targeted spells in place of a frequency in the Experienced field and add "*C 5" or "*C 10" to the frequencies of the modified spells. Fitting "Charge" into the frequencies can be difficult, so this shorthand is quite helpful.
