Age: Older than time
Appearance: an incredible handsome blonde man, has red eyes, 6’2” tall fluctuates from 3-250 Kg, left arm is mummified, right hand has long sharp claws
Personality: Chuck is a cruel man, and he is viscous beyond reason. He is extremely powerful, and he knows it. He uses this power for his favorite past time- causing fear. Those who do not fear or love him, he has no problem disposing of. In fact, he really does not seem to have any problem killing innocents out right for no reason at all.
Bio: Chuck is the perfect shit-storm. He is the cross section of two ancient and evil bloodlines. On one side, he has the blood of Echidna the mother of all monsters. On the other side, he is the last of the bogeymen. It is truly hard to even imagine something that is more willing and able to commit acts of evil. He believes it is his duty to spread violence, pestilence, chaos, death, and- most of all- fear, and he relishes in his duties.

Um, who approved that? If people ask to make a Villain character, I'm not likely to have a problem, but if someone who doesn't understand such instructions as, "Don't post here," "Don't post yet," "Don't post here, yet," and "Post as your other, neglected characters while I evaluate this one," tells me that his character is a Villain, I have a problem. You're really active, which would be great if you were spreading it around your accounts, but you like to have one character be in 50 places at once and doing everything at once, which is definately NOT good for a Villain. Spread your activity out a bit more, then ask to make a Villain, all right?
