Is this for every mission or battle you go on, or is this for the whole of your stay here at Seinvocc...?

It's for hes entire stay, just as with most everyone. As described in the Expendables guide, all ammo, usable items, foodstuffs, et cetera are accounted for constantly unless otherwise stated. Some characters may have replenishing expendables, an ability that allows them to start with some extra objects at the beginning of a battle, or the like, but expendables are usually assumed to be, well, expendable. After all, just look at Leilani's ammo and items; if she were to start each fight with a certain, unwavering amount of them, she'd never lose. Similarly, if Alexsys' items had a static count per battle, she'd have a drastically unfair healing advantage, as would Terra, here. Follow?

I know...I was just making sure..it just seems like such a small amount to go with...10 throwing knives for example...it's possible to rid of those in a few fights. Unless she is planning on crafting them herself using material she finds or buys..

That's the good thing about throwing knives; they can be recovered about as easily as, if not moreso than (situationally), arrows. It also makes sense that she doesn't have a ton of them, as her main weapons are her Lotus Blades. Generally, when it comes to knives, people think of them as about 100 of other ammo packages or more, since they'll averagely see around 100 uses each before being lost or broken, and they're often used by individuals whom rely on other attacks. No, it is cleared up...thank you. I just thought they were knives that were used once and not be able to be recoverable, but I wss obviously wrong..
