Learpabru's Possessions
Slimebrush:
This brush was left to the artist by her mentors. It makes for an effective weapon, when times are tough. Her mentors taught her to wield it as such, and she learned well. The Slimebrush allows her to absorb any slime, paint goop as much as she wants or move it around with brushstrokes (direct contact) by spending her mana, chakra, or physical stamina efficiently, and use gunk for all kinds of purposes. It also builds up its own "Slime Energy" over time, so that Lear doesn't entirely have to rely on her chakra, mana, and physical stamina. It doesn't build up quickly, yet, but it's enough that she pretty much never has to spend PS. To be specific, it builds up at half the normal mana recovery rate and caps at half her maximum MA, so, even at its best, it's a fairly minor offset, but that's all right, for a freebie. The brush has the following abilities:
Slimeslash: By performing a stroke of her brush through the air in a slashing manner, slime is dispersed as slash-shaped (thereby usually crescent-shaped) projectiles. This doesn't affect how much damage they can do or anything; it just improves her range from point-blank to much more by flinging the gunk outward. As an additional effect, slime that is already present can be maneuvered by brushstrokes (not point-and-stroke, but contact) in a similar manner, as stated above. The range is obviously dependent on her STR.
Body Absorb: Slimes of all kinds (within reason), whether made from the brush or not, can be absorbed in a sterile manner through Lear's body. Doing so adds their energies to her HE, but at a 1/20 ratio. If Lear uses an elemental slime to absorb elements (via Reversegoop), her health increases by (the energy that she put into making the slime) / 20 + (the damage that was absorbed into the slime) / 20. The exception is Mendooze, as stated in the ability list. Mendooze can't be used to improve efficiency of other energies, though; If you hit my Electrogoo with a lightning attack, then I absorb it as Mendooze, the healing factor is (what the Mendooze would restore without that lightning attack) + (the absorbed damage) / 20. The Mendooze healing operates at its normal split, described in the ability list, and (the absorbed damage) / 20 is always applied 100% to HE.
Convert: By spending almost no energy (For Baseooze, the cost is 0.), via direct brush contact with a slime pool, slimes can be converted to any other slime of hers. If she is converting a slime that is not hers into one that is hers, she has to give it 7/10ths of the energy that she would otherwise use to simply paint the slime out. This occurs somewhat slowly for most goops (For instance, a 1-meter diameter pool will take about 2.1 seconds, on average.), but at a tripled speed for Baseooze.
Auto-Revert: After 15 minutes (as of yet) of existing, slime molecules slowly revert to their source, the Slimebrush. The molecules move through a different dimension of space and thereby can't be targeted, generating the illusion that a path of foggy slime is moving at a jogging pace through walls and such to get to their destination. The molecules' movement speed doubles every five minutes, so they'll eventually catch up to Lear, no matter what. Once they get to the brush, they are converted into Slime Energy at 1/4th the initial efficiency. (I spend X energy for X slime, but, when it gets absorbed back, I only get X/4.)
Refresh: By direct contact with a pool of slime, an incredibly tiny amount of energy, to the point that the natural energy build-up of Slime Energy cancels it out, for a 10-meter radius pool of normal thickness, can be spent to restart the 15-minute timer on the molecules of the pool.

Updated. I added some more explanations of stuff (long overdue, I know), fixed a couple typos, reformatted a sentence to a different point on the paragraph, and added Auto-Revert, so that her slimes aren't quite so permanent quite so effortlessly.
I'd like Komo and Mirage to view these changes and clear them as approved updates.

Hmm there are a few problems, one of them being auto revert and refresh. Ok that slime is extremely annoying since i've experienced its kinky stickiness and i do say maybe having the slime go back at a 9 minute mark making it so that there isn't a big ass abundance of slime all over the place which makes Lear inaccessible unless someone begins talking about her height to piss her off. Secondly for refresh it's kind of cheap to have a tiny amount of energy to be able to have the annoying slime persist throughout the entire battle. It would be better to have a noticeable amount of energy used to actually refresh like 7 minutes of the time and only be able to do that like 15 times every 6 minutes.

Honestly, if you make the mistake of getting stuck pretty badly, it's not going to take me 15 minutes or 9 minutes to finish you. Lear isn't inaccessible by surrounding herself with slime; she just makes it favorable for others to use projectiles. At least once into the middle levels, pretty much everyone should have at least SOMETHING in the way of ranged attacks. Also, she can't paint the air; she must have a surface to paint on (though Structuremuk can act as a surface, but Structuremuk isn't practical), so surrounding herself on the ground just means that you have to either be very mobile naturally (i.e. you can jump to her and start some aerial combat that allows you to stay aerial) or have some decent movement abilities. You know that calling her inaccessible when surrounding herself with slime is more than a bit of a stretch. The fifteen minute thing is there so that she can't take a while to paint a region, then just leave it there as a giant obstruction that guarantees her victory over anyone in that region, or stuff like that. Lowering it to fewer minutes isn't going to make that any better, really.
Bahaha, yeah, that won't work; she likes being short. xD
Refresh is a cheap way for me to stay surrounded by slime, which, as I said, just makes it more convenient for ranged combatants against her. Notice that Lear does NOT yet have projectiles. In other words, the big advantage that you're so worried about is both a rather small advantage and debilitating to me.

Cool. Unless someone else has a problem, then, I'm approving this. I need to go fix some of Lei's stuff, though...

I cleaned up a couple typoes that I missed and realized that I had forgotten to make Convert have a cost, albeit a laughably low one. I was looking at my abilities and said, "Wait, why would I use Baseooze to- Oh. Ahahaha..." ^^; Since the only context change is that negligible one, I'm approving the change.

I effed up on Body Absorb; I forgot that I had changed Mendooze to heal a bit differently. Hence, I simplified it a bit. That's really the only content change, here, so I'm leaving the approval intact, but people are free to challenge that.
