Naiad's Tears
Image
The Naiad's Tear falls under into the same category that an Exo-Suit would. This one however was developed from Exo-Suits that were built for racing as opposed to the normal pirates who build their custom Exo-Suits from military Exo-Suits. This meant that Lordana's, Exo Suit was fast, agile and could manoeuvre better than almost all other Military Exo-Suits of her time.

Like all Exo-Suits the Naiad's Tears is powered my a Coactum Lux Powerplant. The Coactum Lux Powerplant is a mana powered engine-like system that draws in minimal mana and amplifies it allowing the suit to function for long periods of time. Despite this using weapons or shields with the Exo-Suit drains the Powerplant quicker.

The Naiad's Tears is given flight thanks to it's light, air and water repelling wings. These wings push those elements away allowing for their quick speeds. Thrusters in the suit provide the manoeuvrability. The Naiad's Tear is extremely effective underwater, in space or in the sky, it is weak to fire, and lighting

Despite having giant legs, it is actually quite agile. Legs are where the powerplant and stuff is and are protected by phase shift armour.

Head Mounted transmitter
A tiara that transmits the X-roungers brainwaves to the Optical Drones.

Optical Drones
Image
2 optical drones (2 get added level) that serve as part of the wings on her unit. They will detach and attack the opponent..

Twin Buster Rifles
Image
2 plasma rifles best used at mid to long range, can be combine, when they are the Eximus feeds all power to the rifle making the eximus stand still, one shot uses 1/3rd of Lordana's total mana, it creates a 10 meter wide beam that lasts for up to 5 seconds. Is powerful enough to evaporate metal.

Gun/Blade
Image
A gunblade best used at close range, it has a superheated blade.

Duel Swords
Image
superheated swords

Spray Gun
Image
A mid to close range spray gun.

Physical Shield
Image
A durable shield equipped with phase shift armour. Can be slid down for double the defense but half the coverage

Shot Lance
Image
A lance with 4 Vulcan Spray guns, best used at close range.

White Mode
extra peircing power
Nightmare Mode
extra firepower

Ultra SigmaxxiS Rifle
a super sniper rifle that fires homing beams that each drain 1/8th of Lordana's total Mana. they deal great damage. This can not be used with the Eximus Armour until level 4. the 1/8th remains constant as Lordana levels, so if she was level 5 her USSR would still use 1/8th of her total mana per shot.

The Kraken

Ramming Blade - entire ships bow transmits a heavy positron shield that the ship then uses to ram stuff. when the ship goes into ramming mode all the weapond and bridge retract into the ship.
Invisible Umbrella Stealth System - ship generates a field to make it invisible
Heavy Cannons - mounted in front of the ship and have a large firing arc and elevation angle, making them the ship's primary weapons. They have the ability to either fire off small, short bursts at rapidly moving targets or charged up shots for attacking targets at a distance.
Fixed Laser Cannons - These smaller lasers are mounted in fixed firing positions on the top, bottom, and also on the side thrusters of the ship. These smaller lasers are capable of firing angled-beams and are normally used for defensive purposes. Fourteen of these cannons are built into the dorsal bow of the ship, in front of the 10m-grade dual laser cannons. Eight of the laser cannons are built into the side of each engine pod for a total of sixteen. Another sixteen lasers are lined up along the underside of the ship near the shuttle bay, giving the Kraken a total of 46 laser cannons.
Missiles - the launchers are fixed on forward facing portions of the side thrusters, giving them a clear line of fire forward of the ship. They fire 8.4 meter-long anti-ship tracking missiles.
Trans-am System for transportation purposes.
Minovsky Drive Reactors to power the ship.

All cool ideas. Can't wait to see you expound on them. Before you get too far into them, though, I should point out a couple things to avoid later confusion

1) The statement that the explosion from the combined rifle is powerful enough to evaporate metal is. . . a bit over-the-top. Sure, if it's hot and it maintains itself for five seconds, some very weak, metal ores will start to melt. That's normal. To just flat-out evaporate all kinds of metal, though, is rather overpowered for a Lv1.

Here on Sein, we like to use relative terms to describe power factors (e.g. "It's very strong" or "It is much stronger than a normal attack") because that allows everyone to figure out what it can do with respect to your STR/MAG stat(s) (depending on what you use for this) right from the start, as you're augmented in battle, as you train, and as your Level rises. Convenient, no?

If it helps, the general idea of a Lv1's attack power is that, with average STR, a good punch can slightly dent steel. I realize that the double rifle attack is much more than a standard punch, but it's not that much more, you know?

2) About the ship. . . Well, generally speaking, chars don't start with good vehicles right off the bat. You may look at Tixxi Eldixac and notice that she has an awesome ship. You may also notice that it has no weapons and she doesn't actually start with it; her adventure begins by her striking out without the ship. It wouldn't really be fair for you to start out with a ship that you can live in for free, use for free or cheap transportation to wherever you want, and use to blow away any enemies.
That being said, I'm not saying that you should just delete the ship altogether. You have options. You could, for instance, start out low on fuel, have little-to-no ammo, the guns could be poorly maintained, the missile bays need to be cleaned, yada yada so that you have to land it and effectively have a floating house that can push itself across the Abyssal Sea when you need it to. You could also do what Tixxi did and write up an awesome ship that you won't have access to until after some serious adventuring has been done. You could similarly start out in it, but there could be some tragic event in which it is shot down and requires massive repairs that will require striking out on your own to retrieve before it can do anything again. I wouldn't be so rude as to just have you erase a key element to your character when there are clearly so many work-arounds.
