Suspicious Company

[the General]

As the General hit the ground with quite some speed Laola's trick would indeed work. Having not taken much damage the healing effect wasn't able to do much more than restore some power to his regenerative nano tar binding tethers healing them. the General would look around the battle field and watch to see where the spiney was going. He wouldent do much for now other then use his jumpjets to propel himself backwards. As he mover backwards he would fire just a single hammerhead missile. He already knew lighting was around and just wanted to play it safe.

_So, since tG had done nothing before watching the spineys, which occurrs as the lakitu was moving over the spot where tG was standing, he got a lot of electric, magical damage. His backward move then almost caught him up with the lakitu's attack, so he almost took two hits from one attack, but didn't quite make it. The missile just flew into the squall right at the end of the attack, getting zapped to nothing, just like the previous missiles. The lakitu revolved around to its left, toward where it was at the beginning of the battle, then tossed five spineys over Laola's tree-thingy to join the previous spineys in approaching tG to attack him._

[Laola]

*The tree thing grew away from the lakitu, tilting into the path of the five spineys. Meanwhile, they grew a couple vines upward to act as a wall for the spineys to hit. The spineys hit that wall, then dropped onto the treetop, where they would die from seed shots and poisoning. Meanwhile, Laola spent some energy to teleport from a flower that she stood on to a flower atop the tree. From there, she proceeded to shoot at the flying foe with her flower buster. After the tree had already caught the spineys, it started growing back up to where it was before, so Laola's position was approaching the enemy's. Once the spineys were dead, the vine wall was Ungrown, being absorbed back into Laola's energy, so that only a tiny amount was used for it.*

[the General]

As the lighting hit the Generak it would course all around him mainly staying in his metal legs. As it hit him he would freeze up as the lighting would cause his muscles to tense up. Still having some mind functions he would fire some explosive missiles at the coming spineys.

[NPA]

_The enemy flew about to its left and tossed five more spineys. Its whole body was stuck in its red coloration, a symbol of its rage. Still being shot by Laola, it threw five more spineys at her. The spineys that were approaching tG were delayed, but not entirely killed by the missiles._

[Laola]

Look up and open your mouth!

*A bite-sized berry dropped toward tG's head from the tree-thing, and some vines grew outward from the base of the tree-majobber to give the spineys that approached tG some seeds and poison, so that they'd die before reaching him. Meanwhile, the treetop thing moved toward the enemy while Laola ran along it, shooting all the way, then jumped to give the foe some punches and kicks that ended with her jumping off the foe before it could counter, then landing on the edge of the treetop again while shooting a bit more.*

[the General]

the General would catch the berry and eat it. 3eminding him of Dragonball Z a bit, he would hold both arms out and jokingly make a powerup stance before firing a slew of 6 missiles at the flying guy. As usual the first two were hammerhead ones meant to protect the 2 explosive and the two flash behind it as they went on their way to the cloud guy

[NPA]

_The oversized cloudrider started to make some electricity swell inside itself, but it was too late. By the time that it was ready to defend itself, Laola's combo and the missiles had just finished hitting. It swirled and spun about, dramaticizing things as much as it could, then shrivelled-up in body almost as much as the cloud shrunk to nothing. It was dead before it hit the ground. Enemy drop: Mystery Mace. (appearance: yellow-staff mace with a spiney-like head)_

[Laola]

*Relieved, Laola sat atop the vine-tree and started to Ungrow parts of it, though not enough that it was about to topple over.*

Walk around the growth!

*She called this down, hoping that the General would revolve around the tree-thing.*

[the General]

As he saw the item drop he would fire his binding tethers at it so that it would snare the nace and bring it to him. As he grabbed it he would proceed to cube it and follow with walking around the tree.

[Laola]

*Either unaware or uncaring of tG's efforts to grab the mace, Laola hopped off the tree to catch it. Wait, catch? Yes, because she manipulated the earth to thrust the mace into the air, as well. As tG walked, he was shot by beams of remedial energy from the vines, and berries kept falling to him to be eaten, so his health was being restored steadily. Laola, on the other hand, had hardly gotten hit, so a couple beams took care of her immediately. She inspected the mace carefully and walked toward her guards as tG treaded around the tree-thing.*

Good job! ^^

[the General]

As she grabbed hold of the mace the General's binding wire would stil have hold of it. The wires from close inspection were as thing as sewing threads but seemes to be organic and living. The gave off heat and vital signs as if being a life of their own, one seperate from the General. As he walked a few berries would clunk and plop onto his head. Only a few of these would get eaten as he walked.

[Laola]

((I meant that the earth popped the mace up before your tethers reached it. Sorry; I should've said that more clearly.))

*Laola handed the mace to Rebekah, who studied it carefully, inquiring about it as Asher inquired about Laola.*

Looking good! How ya' feeling? Think that you could do that all again? If you did, how much left would you have in you?

I could take another and be fine . . .

Sweet! You never cease to amaze, Laola. What about if you didn't have General helping you; would you still be able to do that much?

Yeah . . .

*Laola didn't describe how much harder it would be, as the others could already tell. TG had helped quite a bit, although nothing to really sway the tide of battle. It would take more time, effort, and energy, but Laola could have done that on her own twice. As tG finished his stroll of healing, Laola started to Ungrow the rest of the vines and such, absorbing much of the energy back, although she also paused to be sure that tG got enough healing rays to bring him to full health by the time that he was finished. Unfortunately, she hadn't anticipated him letting so few berries be eaten, so she had to grow some of the vines outward to let tG keep getting healed on his way over to the others, THEN Ungrow them.*

[the General]

As he had done before he would continue on his walking., this time he was walking away from the ground going in the direction they had intended to go towards. This journey by the sounds of things earlier had a long way to go. HE was healed a while back but didn't show it much.

"It would seem I have to access some of the rare technologies" he would say to himself.

"You girls coming or ya gonna get left behind" he would call back.

[Laola]

((Now that this has gone on way longer than it was supposed to . . .))

*Laola finished the Ungrowth, then all three darted past tG, dashing to the southwest just a little ways further. They waited for tG on the beach that was just outside the Shallows Village, not far before him.*
