Exclusive Threads
If you want a thread to be locked out of everyone but a couple/few people, make a thread with the desired account name(s) in parentheses. The following is an example of what it would be like for Noah to specifically request a battle with Komo.
Looking for Trouble (Komo)
Now, Noah would make this thread, so he'd make the first post, then Komo would respond, and they'd go from there. However, it is not against the rules to interfere in just any thread, so someone else may come along and join the fray.
If the specific thread is for some special storyline purpose that necessitates no interference, please say so, and people will be asked to respect your wishes. Missions, arena battles, and similarly purposeful threads are not to be interfered with unless granted admin permission to do so in a fair manner, so they never require a parenthetical specification. Walk-ins may be allowed if permission is granted by whoever is running the particular thread, but do not have to be.
As for RPs in Other Universes, if you're looking to RP with a specific user, but not necessarily a specific character, it's okay to place the user's name in parenthesis if they have already made their name public/have given you permission. If you want it to be an RP for just you and the requested user(s)/char(s), say so either in the thread title or in the beginning post, and people will probably respect that.
Also, during any thread, if the thread advances so far that a walk-in would be very out-of-place and unappreciated, you can say so out-of-character, but that usually isn't necessary, nor is it a common occurrence.
This has been added to the rules because the members of the site have agreed on it.

You're welcome. xD
I'm all for the idea of someone posts the topic with a specific user/chaaracter requested, then noting in OOC that people should please not interfere. If said request for no interuption is not respected, Admins or even a Mod will be brought in the take care of it.
So I guess its a yes. :P

Maybe not so much putting a request in the OOC area about it, because it's rather implied when someone puts a username in parentheses, so . . . Yeah, probably not that, right?

Okay, five votes is enough for a small site like this.
