Gerbera's Travels: Part 3

[NPA]

((I'm evidently a goblong, now. All right! Let's fail together! xD))

_The goblin sidestepped the punch to its left, then flinched to the machine gun shots. After taking a couple hits from that, it countered with a shoulder rush (well, more of an elbow rush, given Gerbera's position) in an effort to knock Gerbera backward. Whether that worked or not, the goblin ran around to Gerbera's right side and simply punched downward at its target._

[Terah]

As Gerbera took the hit his armour where he took the hit would begin to crack. Ignoring it he would thrust up to keep his balance so like before he could kick the goblin in the chest.

[NPA]

((Don't forget that this is an ally. His stats are way below what they appear to be.))

_This goblin wasn't very tough, but that one hit from those damaged legs was just weak enough for it to live. Was it smart enough to take advantage of this opportunity to get away? Of course, not. Fortunately for it, Gerbera was about to fall, too._

Nyak!

_After getting kicked back a bit, the goblin sought to end the battle with another Goblin Punch. Its animation included a few small blasts that one may expect from a popping balloon in a cartoon, but it still functioned as a simple punch._

[Terah]

As Gerbera fell to the ground with his thrusters active, he would be launched backwards, holding onto his sheath he would grip it as he slid away and deactivate his thrusters. Hopefully the goblin was smart enough to leave.

[NPA]

_It wasn't, though. The monster ran, jumped, and pounded downward at Gerbera._

[Terah]

Gerbera would swing the sheathe like a baseball bat diagonally at the Goblin. He would lstay where he was to conserve power.

[NPA]

_That little sheath wasn't enough to knock the goblin away, so the downward punch went through to break Gerbera enough for a KO. The goblin, being a typical monster, went on to tear Gerbera apart much more, punching parts at times and just grabbing and ripping others apart. It didn't know what to do with the parts, but it scattered them enough that it wouldn't be an easy feat to reassemble Gerbera. The head, like several other parts, was punted into some brush well off the path, so Gerbera wouldn't even find it easy to call out to others, likely. The goblin had a field day with the parts, leaving some directly in the path just because it wasn't coherently aiming for anything. The monster stood boastfully and started to walk off, ironically heading back the way that it came from. It didn't pay attention enough to notice the imp that flew by and farted right in front of it. What's that- The goblin took a sniff . . . and promptly died. Its body turned into a magical satchel that would disappear and dispense $1 upon being picked up._

[NPA]

$A random thief walked by, spotted the satchel, and claimed the dollar.$

Huh. Convenient.

$He shrugged and moved along, heading to the institution.$
