These are the Level Point increases and mood variations that each unit gives. Don't forget that LP in a given stat can be reduced to 0, They will follow the following order:
Swim Fly Run Power Stamina Mood

Small Animals
Penguin: +36 +12 +8 -24 0 +1
Seal: +40 -16 0 +8 0 +1
Otter: +44 -4 +8 -16 0 +1

Rabbit: 0 +8 +40 -16 0 +1
Cheetah: -8 -8 +40 +8 0 +1
Kangaroo: -8 -8 +40 +8 0 +1
Boar: -4 -12 +32 +16 0 +1
Deer: -4 -12 +32 +16 0 +1

Bear: +8 -16 +4 +36 0 +1
Lion: +8 -16 +4 +36 0 +1
Tiger: -8 -16 +20 +36 0 +1

Chaos Drives
All give +24 to their respective stats, +1 Mood, and nothing else.
Yellow: Swim
Green: Run
Red: Power
Purple: Fly

Fruits
Affinity, shaped, and Heart Fruits all grant +40 Stamina and +1 Mood. Chao Fruit gives +50 to all stats and +1 Mood. All of those fruits give +1 Belly (equal to normal garden fruits and Strong Fruits).
The Advance Fruits will also denote their Belly ratings, since they differ from the norm.

Advance B: +20 +50 -10 -10 +30 +0 +1
Advance C: +40 -30 +40 -30 +20 +2 +2
Advance D: 0 -10 +30 +40 +20 -1 +1

I wrote down the small animals from Sonic Adventure. They had the same overall setup between games; from SA to SA2, they basically just changed swallow to condor, kangaroo to cheetah, deer to boar, lion to bear, elephant to tiger, mole to sheep, and koala to raccoon. In essence, this just opens more small animal body part choices, no stat change differences. I'll be adding more, original small animals as we go.
